Buying
Are the sets new or used?
We sell both new-in-box and pre-owned sets. The condition of each item is clearly stated on the product page.
All pre-owned sets are inspected and verified for completeness before being listed.
What condition are the instructions and boxes in?
Condition varies by set and is noted in each listing.
For pre-owned sets, instructions may show light wear such as creasing or edge wear. Boxes, if included, may show shelf wear. Review listing photos carefully if box or manual condition is important to you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within one to three business days.
Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives within five to seven business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by location.
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
What if my set is missing pieces?
If you believe a set is missing pieces, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will review the situation and send replacement pieces, offer a replacement set or issue a refund depending on availability.
Selling
Do you buy LEGO® sets or parts?
Yes. We purchase new-in-box and pre-owned LEGO® sets, along with select minifigures and bulk parts.

Do you offer consignment?
We do not offer consignment services. We purchase inventory outright so we can inspect each set and maintain consistent quality standards.
